Inside Sales Specialists

Key Responsibilities


  • Make

    150–200 outbound calls daily

    to prospective customers
  • Maintain

    150+ minutes of daily talk time

    .
  • Drive conversions by explaining product/service benefits persuasively.
  • Manage and update leads & interactions in the CRM.
  • Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for continuous improvement.
  • Conversions & Revenue:

    Meet/exceed assigned targets


Requirement


  • Excellent communication skills in

    English & Hindi

    .
  • Prior

    inside sales / tele-sales experience

    (2–4 years preferred).
  • Highly motivated, sales-oriented, and comfortable with targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work

    6 days a week

    from the office in Ahmedabad.
