We are seeking a Sales Associate (Inside Sales Specialist) with 2–4 years of experience in IT services or SaaS sales. The role involves prospecting, outreach, lead qualification, and pipeline creation across international markets (Canada, UK, US, and India). You will work closely with the AVP – Sales, focusing on generating and qualifying opportunities.

Responsibilities: Research target accounts, run outbound/inbound campaigns, qualify leads, schedule meetings, maintain CRM data, and nurture early-stage opportunities.

Requirements: Prior sales experience in IT/SaaS, strong prospecting skills, familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator/ZoomInfo, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of generating qualified leads in international markets.
