Contribute to the documentation of frontend architecture, design patterns, and development standards. Requirements: Proficiency in JavaScript and React; solid understanding of HTML and CSS. Proven experience developing frontend applications with Tailwind, Next.js, and build tools like webpack, Vite.js. Solid understanding of state management concepts. Proficiency in Typescript for building robust and type-safe frontend code. Ability to build features from scratch, focusing on modularity and scalability. Strong knowledge of web performance optimisation techniques, including code splitting, lazy loading, and caching strategies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Utilise CRM software to track and manage sales activities, leads, and customer interactions. Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to convert them into sales opportunities. Collaborate with marketing teams at Eka. care to strategise and execute promotional campaigns and generate leads. Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events to expand Eka.care's network and build relationships.
Identify, target, and acquire new doctor clinics as potential clients for our LABS business. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention. Proactively develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets. Conduct field visits to understand client needs, deliver product presentations, and offer customized solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, etc.) to ensure alignment and optimize sales efforts. Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments to provide insightful feedback and suggestions. Qualifications & Skills: Proven field sales experience, preferably in Diagnostics, FMCG, or Healthtech industries. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and achieve targets. Experience in building and maintaining client relationships. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to travel locally for client visits and sales activities.
