Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist based in Gurugram. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and converting them into satisfied customers. Daily tasks will include making outbound calls, conducting follow-ups, handling inquiries, maintaining CRM records, and achieving sales targets. The role also entails understanding customer needs, providing appropriate information about programs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to achieve Customer Satisfaction and develop customer relationships
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
