As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will drive business growth by generating leads, managing
client relationships, and converting opportunities into sales. You will handle inquiries,
follow up on prospects, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client
engagement and achieve sales targets.
• Handle inside sales activities to drive business and conversions.
• Manage client accounts and do proper follow-ups.
• Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
• Handle incoming inquiries and provide appropriate sales support.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Proactively follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients regarding events and webinars.
• Maintain and update sales records, CRM, and databases.
• Collaborate with the cross functional teams to meet business goals.
• Understanding of IT products and services to communicate effectively with clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
• Previous experience in B2B Sales or IT sales.
• Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of IT products, services, and technology trends.
• Ability to handle client objections and negotiate effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
