Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join
our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities
through outbound and inbound lead qualification, conducting product demonstrations, and
closing sales. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual with a passion for digital

Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Qualification:
o Proactively identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold
calling, email marketing, social media, and inbound inquiries.
o Research potential clients to understand their business needs and identify sales
opportunities.
o Effectively manage and track leads using our CRM (e.g., HubSpot,
Salesforce).
• Sales Process Management:
o Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the
value of our digital marketing services.
o Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotes.
o Negotiate contracts and close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales
targets.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Market & Product Knowledge:
o Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best
practices.
o Develop a deep understanding of our service offerings and effectively
communicate their benefits to potential clients.
• Collaboration & Reporting:
o Collaborate closely with the marketing and client success teams to ensure
seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
o Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
but not required with relevant experience.
• Proven track record of success in inside sales or a related field (1-2 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, social
media marketing, and content marketing.
• Excellent communication, 1 presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and persistent with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
• Experience in the digital marketing industry is a significant advantage.
