  • Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Inside Sales Specialist with experience in handling both domestic and APAC (Asia-Pacific) region sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer engagement, and sales closure in coordination with field sales teams. This role demands excellent communication skills, cultural awareness of the APAC markets, and a proactive sales mindset to meet and exceed targets. About the Company: About Konnect Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd., a leading provider of international bookkeeping services to US clients, seeks a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Reviewer for our expanding Taxation department. Konnect, established alongside Konnect Technologies, offers a comprehensive suite of international bookkeeping solutions designed specifically for US businesses. We recently expanded our services by incorporating Konnect Books and Taxes Inc. in the US. Key Responsibilities:  Manage inbound and outbound sales activities for domestic and APAC regions.  Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and market research.  Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and partners.  Work closely with regional field sales teams to support business development initiatives.  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.  Provide timely quotes, product information, and follow-up to drive deal closure.  Coordinate with marketing and product teams to tailor campaigns and solutions for specific regional needs.  Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity in US and APAC markets.  Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.  2-5 years of inside sales experience, preferably with exposure to the APAC region.  Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.  Familiarity with APAC market dynamics, customer behavior, and business practices.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional APAC languages a plus).  Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.  Strong negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.  Ability to work independently as well as part of a global team.  Flexibility to accommodate different time zones, as required. Preferred Skills:  Prior experience in SaaS / IT / B2B industries.  Multilingual capability, especially in Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or other APAC languages.  Understanding of export processes, pricing strategies, and logistics for APAC countries.
