Job Description

Role Overview We are hiring Inside Sales Specialist with a strong understanding of Equity, Investing, stock trading, Derivative and mutual funds to promote and sell subscription plans for equity portfolios and stock trading calls. You’ll speak with interested leads, explain our offerings, and convert them into paid subscribers. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to leads & prospects from various marketing channels. Promote and Sell Equity Portfolios, Stock Trade Calls, and F&O Trade Plans. Understand customer investment needs and offer plan accordingly. Achieve sales targets and drive conversions via consultative selling. Handle queries related to equity markets, pricing, and features. CRM Knowledge to Maintain records and follow-ups Stay updated on stock market trends and product features Who Should Apply Graduates (B.Com / Finance preferred) 2-5 years in telesales/customer service (FinTech/EdTech preferred) Knowledge of Equity, Investing, trading, F&O and mutual funds Strong communication and interpersonal skills Target-driven, persuasive, and confident on the phone Basic computer and CRM tool proficiency Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Internet reimbursement Work from home Compensation Package: Commission pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Application Question(s): Have you any experience in Stock Market or Investing ?
