The ideal candidate will lead our digital marketing efforts to drive growth, improve customer acquisition, and optimize ROI. GrowthInvesting.in is a fast-growing FinTech platform offering Model Portfolios, Equity/Stock Trade Calls, and Future & Options Advisory Services to retail investors. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn. * Manage and optimize social media accounts to enhance brand visibility and reputation. * Implement and refine SEO strategies (both organic and paid) to increase website traffic and lead quality. * Design lead generation strategies focusing on cost per lead and return on investment optimization. * Continuously track and analyze campaign performance, delivering actionable insights for cost optimization. * Drive subscription enhancements and customer engagement through innovative marketing initiatives. * Monitor industry trends to maintain competitive marketing strategies. Key Skills: * Expertise in Paid Digital Advertising (Google Ads, Social Media Ads). * Strong knowledge of Social Media Management and Reputation Management. * Proficiency in SEO (Organic and Paid) and Lead Generation techniques. * Proven track record of optimizing Cost per Lead and maximizing ROI. * Analytical skills for performance tracking and campaign optimization. * Creativity and data-driven decision-making to improve reach and conversions.
