Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social, display, and affiliate marketing.

Analyze campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, presenting findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Manage and allocate budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend across all channels to achieve marketing goals.
Implement A/B tests and other experimental designs to refine targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
Partner with creative and content teams to create compelling ad content that resonates with target audiences.
Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform performance marketing strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in performance marketing with a strong emphasis on paid media and analytics.
Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive decision-making.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
