Job Description

We are at Day 1. We have a powerful product, but we are starting from scratch, with no defined prospect list and no historical data. We don't just need someone to manage an existing machine; we need someone to build the engine.


You will work to figure out who our prospect is and how to sell to them. As we find our product-market fit, you will transition into leading the scaling phase.


What You Will Do

  • Find the first set of prospects from scratch using Competitor Targeting & Interest-Based experiments.
  • Build the funnel via landing pages and lead forms to test different value propositions.
  • Run Experimental ads just to see who clicks to define different business verticals.
  • Once the target lists are validated, build multi-layered campaign structures using CBO/ABO and minimize audience overlap.
  • Leverage the data from early experiments to build Custom Audiences & Lookalike Audiences (LAL) for high-intent prospecting.
  • Manage TrueView for Action & Bumper Ads with precise Placement Targeting.
  • Hands-on setup of Google Tag Manager (Triggers, Tags, Variables, Preview Mode) & Pixel Events to ensure data accuracy from Day 1.
  • Focus on View-Through conversions (VTC) and design Multi-Touch Retargeting flows based on the user journey.
  • Script compelling ads that translate technical features into immediate business benefits, using rigorous A/B Testing to refine messaging.



What We Need From You

  • Proven Ad Spend Experience with knowledge of budget allocation.
  • Understanding of long-cycle sales and persona-based targeting.
  • A metric-obsessed decision maker based strictly on CTR, CPC, and CPA.
  • Capable of analyzing failures that happened in early experiments to refine future strategies.Since you are joining at the "Day 1" phase, you will have the opportunity to build and lead your own team as it scales. 
  • We are looking for a future leader, not just an ad manager.While this role focuses on specialized skills (which are the priority), we expect you to possess the standard fundamental knowledge of general Digital Marketing (SEO basics, Social Media presence, etc.) that any professional in this field is expected to have.
