Inside Sales Specialist

As an Inside Sales Specialist at ClientCurve, you will be responsible for driving growth through data-driven sales, marketing, and client-focused optimization. Your role will involve finding, generating, and qualifying new clients, as well as working closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns and activities to generate high-quality leads. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct targeted sales calls, initiate conversations with senior professionals and key decision-makers, and maintain detailed communication documentation through the use of CRM tools. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the industry sector and its role in the healthcare ecosystem - Implement processes to interact with seasoned senior professionals and create a need for the business offerings - Take complete end-to-end responsibility in a team-based environment to achieve impactful business results for clients - Articulate the value proposition of the offering effectively to clients - Utilize persuasion techniques and maintain a never-give-up attitude to achieve desired business results - Be organized and follow through the steps necessary to achieve results Qualifications Required: - A Bachelor's Degree in Science, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or Bioinformatics, preferably with an MBA from a reputable institute - 1-7 years of experience in cold calling and B2B sales - Relevant experience in CRO, CRAMS, Biotech, or Pharma sector - Good communication skills - Self-driven, result-oriented, and motivated individual - Proven ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities - Business and selling skills - Willingness to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment - High energy and enthusiasm - Knowledge of European languages such as German or Spanish is an added advantage (ClientCurve drives growth through data-driven sales, marketing, and client-focused optimization.),
