Inside Sales Specialist

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

• Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and other channels to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of Inside Sales experience

  (Essential).

Freshers with a passion for sales and the drive to meet targets are also encouraged to apply!

• Proven track record of success in

  sales or customer service

  roles, your previous success speaks for itself!

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills,

  you know how to connect with clients and seal the deal.
• Strong

  problem-solving abilities

  and

  keen attention to detail,

  you can think on your feet and stay focused on the task at hand.

• Self-motivated and team-oriented,

  whether working independently or collaborating with colleagues, you deliver results.

• Proficiency in Architectural, Interiors & Engineering software

  (A plus, but not a dealbreaker!).
• Previous

  sales experience

  is a bonus, but the

  right attitude

  and passion to succeed matter most!
