As we continue to expand, were looking for a passionate and experienced Field Sales Manager to join us on our journey to new milestones Achieve growth and hit sales targets consistently Design and implement a strategic Business plan that expands company's customer base and and strengthen its market presence Build and promote strong, long-lasting Customer relationships by understanding their needs Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic Forecasts to the management team Identify Emerging markets, trends and market shifts while staying informed of new products and competition activities Preferred candidate profile 3-5 years of B2B sales and/or account management experience (essential) Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently Strong understanding of the Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Manufacturing sectors Prior sales experience with CAD software is a strong advantage Skilled in managing and maintaining client relationships Comfortable with frequent travel and on-site client visits / meetings Compensation Competitive salary based on experience
