As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and other channels to generate leads and schedule appointments. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets. Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers Qualifications: Minimum 6 months of Inside Sales experience (Essential). Freshers with a passion for sales and the drive to meet targets are also encouraged to apply! Proven track record of success in sales or customer service roles, your previous success speaks for itself! Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, you know how to connect with clients and seal the deal. Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail, you can think on your feet and stay focused on the task at hand.
