Identify potential clients across corporate, publishing, and education sectors through market research, databases, and professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.).
Initiate contact with leads via cold emails, LinkedIn messaging, and introductory calls to present Byline Learning's offerings in instructional design, content development, and digital learning.
Qualify leads by understanding their business goals, learning challenges, content needs, and budget alignment to assess potential fit.
Coordinate meetings, discovery calls, and demos for the Business Development team and ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Track all sales interactions, lead status, and follow-ups using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems with discipline and accuracy.
Stay updated with trends in eLearning, EdTech innovations, corporate training, and digital content solutions across international markets.
Work closely with the sales head and marketing team to support campaigns, refine outreach strategies, and share market insights.
Prepare weekly updates on outreach status, qualified pipeline, and progress against targets.
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✔ Experience interacting with international clients (US, UK, Europe, or APAC)
✔ Proven ability in identifying and qualifying B2B leads
✔ Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
✔ Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly organized
