Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Navi Mumbai. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and maintaining client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include making cold calls, conducting follow-ups, managing customer inquiries, and providing product information. The representative will also be expected to achieve sales targets, prepare reports, and coordinate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and lead generation, cold calling, and customer relationship management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and IT infrastructure solutions is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Prior experience in the technology or cybersecurity industry is advantageous
