About The Opportunity
We are hiring an experienced Inside Sales Quality Lead & Trainer to own sales quality, coaching, and capability-building for our inside sales organization. You will monitor live interactions, set quality standards, design training content, and partner with Sales Managers to drive conversion, consistency, and continuous improvement across the team.Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily quality assurance for inside sales channels—monitor calls, emails and chats to ensure adherence to scripts, SOPs and brand tone.
- Design and deliver targeted training programs, onboarding modules and refresher workshops to improve conversion and customer experience.
- Coach and mentor sales executives through 1:1 feedback, calibration sessions and performance improvement plans.
- Create and maintain scorecards, scripts, process documentation and escalation protocols to standardize best practices.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to identify skill gaps, optimisation opportunities and design interventions to hit targets.
- Track, analyse and report key sales & quality metrics (QA scores, conversion rates, AHT, NPS) to senior management and recommend actionable improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field and 3–5 years in inside sales, sales quality assurance or sales training roles.
- Demonstrable experience monitoring and improving sales interactions across voice, chat and email channels.
- Proficient with CRM and sales tracking tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or similar) and strong Excel skills for reporting.
- Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder-management skills with ability to motivate teams to meet targets.
- Analytical mindset—comfortable building scorecards, interpreting KPIs and translating insights into actions.
Preferred
- Background in fashion, luxury retail or media sales environments with exposure to premium customer segmentation.
- Experience developing e-learning content, LMS-based training or using call-review platforms for QA calibration.
