Key Responsibilities: - Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels including phone, email, and social media. - Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs, highlighting the benefits of our services. - Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. - Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in the CRM system. - Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies. - Provide regular reports on sales activities and outcomes to management. - Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to effectively position our services in the market.
