Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Sales Ownership:

    Take complete responsibility for achieving sales targets, enrollment goals, and conversion benchmarks.
  • Team Leadership:

    Manage and mentor a team of Admission Counsellors and Sales Executives; set targets, monitor performance, and ensure accountability.
  • Lead Conversion & Counselling:

    Drive high-quality student conversions through structured follow-ups, personalized counseling, and trust-based engagement.
  • Sales Process Optimisation:

    Develop and refine sales scripts, SOPs, and performance metrics to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Outreach & Partnerships:

    Conduct and oversee outreach activities such as college visits, webinars, workshops, and partnerships with corporates or institutions to generate leads and brand awareness.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with marketing to optimize lead flow, campaign feedback, and performance insights.
  • Data Tracking & Reporting:

    Maintain CRM hygiene, monitor sales funnels, generate performance reports, and present insights to leadership.
  • Upselling & Cross-selling:

    Identify and implement strategies for upselling advanced courses or related programs.
  • Student Experience:

    Ensure a smooth and transparent admissions process, delivering an exceptional experience from inquiry to enrollment.

·      3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in EdTech or B2C/B2B sales

·      Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales or enrollment targets
