Inside Sales Manager

You have been presented with an exciting opportunity to join a Multi National Ed Tech Consulting Company as an Inside Sales Manager based in Ernakulam. In this full-time on-site role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives, setting goals, developing sales strategies, managing budgets, and driving growth and revenue for the organization. Your experience and expertise will be crucial in overseeing and supporting the inside sales representatives team. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be tasked with monitoring sales metrics, managing the sales administration process, collaborating with various professionals, and ensuring excellent communication and teamwork within the department. Your leadership and motivational skills will play a key role in guiding the sales team towards achieving specific goals and building a high-performance sales team that prioritizes customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include managing the inside sales representatives team, setting and tracking sales targets, suggesting and implementing process improvements, coordinating projects, reporting on sales metrics, preparing sales forecasts, utilizing customer feedback for product development, researching methods to enhance customer engagement, and ensuring compliance with sales, finance, and legal policies. To excel in this role, you should have 7-10 years of experience in inside sales with at least 4 years in a management position, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, strong leadership and mentorship abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, business acumen, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with CRM tools. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required. This permanent position offers a competitive CTC of Rs 12 to 15 Lakhs plus incentives.
