About the Role

Inside Sales Executive

B2C sales

Key Responsibilities

Engage promptly with inbound leads via
phone, WhatsApp, and email
Understand customer needs and
convert interest into sales
Recommend relevant
product upgrades, bundles, and premium plans
Track pipeline, follow-ups, and conversion metrics using
CRM tools
Ensure smooth
onboarding
and handle user concerns effectively
Collaborate with
marketing and product teams
to provide feedback and user insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in
B2C inside sales
(preferably in EdTech, digital subscriptions, or direct-to-consumer brands)
Fluent in
English and Hindi
with excellent communication skills
Consistent track record of
meeting or exceeding sales targets
Hands-on experience with
CRM software
and
Google Sheets
High sense of ownership, customer empathy, and a
consultative sales approach
Comfortable working
on-site
in Mumbai,
6 days/week

Preferred Experience

Sales background in
EdTech
, parenting, or child development products
Familiarity with
outbound dialer systems
, lead management tools, or call center platforms
Expertise in
upselling
and
cross-selling
using proven sales techniques or frameworks
