Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Inside Sales Executive. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks will include conducting market research, qualifying leads, preparing sales presentations, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. The Executive will work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop and implement sales strategies. Qualifications Experience in Sales, Lead Generation, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Persuasion skills Knowledge of Market Research and Analysis techniques Proficiency in preparing Sales Presentations and Sales Reports Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the cybersecurity industry is an advantage
