Job Description

Job Overview: Generating revenue by selling a company's products through virtual channels like phone and email, identifying potential leads, qualifying them, presenting product information, negotiating deals, and closing sales, all while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and working closely with marketing teams to understand market needs and customer pain points. Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct proactive outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential customers and qualify leads. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including features, benefits and pricing. Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to close, ensuring that customer information and sales data is accurate and up-to-date. Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, including lead generation, sales activities and closed deals. Collaborate effectively with other members of the sales team, sharing best practices and contributing to team success. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings, adjusting sales strategies as required. Use Google Sheet to manage customer interactions and sales data, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information. Attend sales training and other professional development activities as required. Other duties as assigned. Job requirements and skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns. Ability to work effectively as part of a sales team, contributing to team success. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of sales techniques, including prospecting, lead qualification and closing deals. Familiarity with Google Sheet and MS Office. Attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively. Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines. Customer service skills. Field Sales Executive
