Inside Sales Executive

We are a Pune-based Contracts Management Consultancy ( Corporate Legal Firm) seeking a proactive and confident Inside Sales Executive to connect with prospective corporate clients and introduce them to our range of contracts management and business legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Reach out to potential clients through email, phone calls, and online platforms.

·       Deliver clear and compelling initial sales pitches to senior corporate executives.

·       Generate interest, qualify leads, and arrange online or in-person meetings with our team.

·       Maintain follow-up communication and support the sales pipeline.

Candidate Profile:

·       3–4 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in B2B environments.

·       Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with CXOs and senior decision-makers.

·       Experience in consultative selling, lead generation, and corporate client interaction.

·       Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently.

Preferred Background / Target Industries:

Candidates from the following sectors will be preferred due to similar customer handling and sales processes:

·       Industrial products and engineering solutions

·       IT services / SaaS companies

·       HR consultancy and recruitment services

·       Corporate training and skill development firms

·       Legal services / compliance firms

·       EPC Companies / Project Companies

·       Professional services companies dealing with corporate clients

·       B2B service providers (facility management, outsourcing, staffing, etc.)

Work Model:

·       Hybrid role: a mix of work-from-home and office-based responsibilities.

Compensation:

·       Fixed monthly salary, plus attractive incentives for achieving and exceeding targets.
