Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive, located in Delhi, India. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales of medical-surgical devices. The role involves working closely with healthcare institutions, medical distributors, and hospitals to understand their needs and offer relevant products. The executive will also identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 2-4 years of experience.
• Inside Sales and Sales skills
• Lead Generation skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Delhi, India
• Proven experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
