We are looking for a highly motivated Jr. growth specialist to drive sales through outbound calling, lead qualification, and customer follow-ups. Your role will directly contribute to revenue growth by identifying potential customers, pitching our products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Identify and contact potential customers through outbound calling.
• Present product features, benefits, and pricing in a strong, persuasive manner.
• Qualify leads based on customer interest and buying potential.
• Sales Conversion
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right product/service.
• Handle objections confidently and negotiate effectively.
• Follow up with warm leads to close sales.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Provide accurate information and guidance during the sales process.
• Maintain a high level of enthusiasm, energy, and sales confidence.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Update CRM with lead status, call logs, and sales progress.
• Share customer insights and market feedback with the sales team.
• Ensure all communication is professional and aligned with company standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
