Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Telecaller located in Bengaluru. Daily responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls to provide customer support and address inquiries about NoBrokerHood services. The role also involves assisting customers in resolving issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, understanding requirements of gated communities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Hindi.
• Must have Knowledge and Experience in Sales.
• Proficiency in handling online tools, office software, and CRM systems for maintaining and updating client interactions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate documentation and follow-ups.
• Ability to manage customer queries, resolve issues effectively, and provide timely updates.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or similar roles is an advantage.
• A proactive, customer-centric attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Graduate or equivalent educational qualification is preferred.
