Job Description

As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for handling entire Contracts Management and Billing for Water Treatment/Waste Water Treatment Projects. Your role will involve being well-versed in contract clauses, writing EOT/Claim letters, preparing monthly billing, and preparing contracts synopsis. You should have the ability to read and understand contract clauses, write EOT letters, prepare claims for extra work, defend any claims from Owner/Vendor, prepare monthly billing for construction, and coordinate with Projects/Engineering/Construction teams. Qualifications: - Experience in Contracts Management for Construction Projects - Engineering graduate (preferably Civil/Mechanical) It is required that you have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a Project Company.
