Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team at Pericent BPM & DMS Software (P) Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective lead generation, managing customer inquiries, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless sales process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term business opportunities

 

Qualification

  •   Proven experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation, preferably in the IT Software / SaaS domain.
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience using CRM software (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Tech-savvy mindset and a quick learner of new software solutions.
