Job Description

Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Generate, nurture, and manage leads from digital channels including email, WhatsApp, social media, and website inquiries.
Qualify leads using discovery frameworks and scoring models (BANT Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
Conduct engaging conversations with prospects via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Maintain and update accurate lead information in the CRM system.
Conduct virtual walkthroughs, workshops, and sessions with prospects.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead closure and customer experience.
Share regular sales reports, track progress, and work towards achieving targets.
Build long-term relationships with prospects through follow-ups and consultative engagement.

Key Skills & Competencies

1 - 4 years of experience in inside sales, customer engagement, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct consultative conversations and handle objections.
Experience using CRM software and MS Office tools.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.
Prior exposure to sectors like hospitality, wellness, or services will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
Proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles.
