This is not a tele-calling or cold-calling role.
· Review and qualify inbound leads from marketing, website demos, LLM SEO flows, or founder networks
· Score and prioritize leads using firmographics, urgency, and solution fit
· Maintain hygiene in CRM (e.g., Zoho) with updated lead stages and notes
· Schedule and confirm discovery meetings with Strategy, Product, or Founder
· Prepare internal briefs on each lead, industry, persona, past interactions, urgency
· Track proposal follow-ups, next-step commitments, and secure feedback from clients
· Maintain structured, professional communication with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
· Respond to queries with speed and clarity
· Ensure all client-facing touchpoints are logged in CRM with accuracy
· Share weekly updates on:
o MQL to SQL conversion
o Proposal tracking
o Meeting-to-deal velocity
· Flag delays, drop-offs, or red signals proactively to Business Head
· Learn and be able to explain value of:
· Excellent communication, fluent in email, LinkedIn, and professional verbal interactions
· Quick learner, eager to work on AI-led solutions and IP-based selling
· High attention to detail, task tracking, and ownership of outcomes
· Confident working with CXOs, marketing heads, and enterprise personas
· Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and funnel dashboards
