Job Description:

Role Summary:

Exotic India Art is seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The Ideal Candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with vendor coordination, price negotiation, purchase planning, sourcing and ensuring timely availability of books as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard reliable book vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, discounts, and credit terms to ensure cost efficiency.
• Plan and execute purchase orders based on demand and inventory requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and resolve supply chain issues.
• Maintain purchase records, contracts, and vendor performance data.
• Prepare regular reports and MIS for management review
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly targets.
• Support various sales initiatives and suggest improvements to enhance vendor engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in preferably in books or publishing industry.
