Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• B2B lead generation through various online and offline sources
• Manage and assign leads in the CRM system; ensure data accuracy
• Generate and share monthly sales and collection reports
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign follow-ups and lead support
• Support collection plans – including payment follow-ups with clients
• Maintain and update the internal sales manual and documentation
• Provide internal support to the field sales team for quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
• Collect customer feedback and share insights for service improvement

Requirements:

• Graduate with 2–4 years of experience in B2B inside sales/support
• Proficient in CRM tools (Preferably Zoho), MS Office (Excel, PPT)
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
• Experience in handling sales data, reports, and customer interactions
