POSITION OVERVIEW Electromech is currently seeking Application Engineers to join our team. The focus of this role is to strengthen our organization's operations by handling pre and post-sales engineering activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of our clientele. RESPONSIBILITIES · Manage pre-sales operations such as collecting technical data from prospective customers and matching suitable winding solution to meet the customer’s need. · Manage post-sales operations such as machine setup and preparation, train the customer’s engineering team, prepare and refine user-manuals. · Follow up with potential clients to convert enquiries into orders. · Prepare and monitor monthly sales reports and statistical data of customer visits. · Keep management informed through weekly reports and meetings. · Perform in-house and on-site servicing of the machines as needed. · Conduct demonstrations of the machines both at the factory and on-site. SKILLS · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Fluency in office tools like MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point. · Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate within a team. · Technical understanding of our product is a plus. · Ability to effectively communicate with clients, analyse their requirements, and recommend suitable solutions. On job training will be given to the candidates. QUALIFICATIONS · ITI/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Production Engineering. · Candidates with a background in Business Administration (BBM) or Marketing (MBA) are also encouraged to apply. Fresh 11/12 th (With accountancy subject)/BCom/BBA candidates can apply Salary 16K/month Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day office administration and documentation. Prepare and maintain invoices, quotations, and correspondence. Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams. Maintain purchase and sales records.
