Internship Role : Market Research and Business Operations Key Responsibilities Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on study abroad trends, including popular destinations, courses, and universities. Analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics to identify opportunities and gaps. Compile and present data-driven insights to aid strategic planning. Business Operations: Support day-to-day operational tasks, including student consultation scheduling and application tracking. Assist in streamlining internal processes to enhance efficiency. Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth communication and task execution. Customer Engagement: Interact with potential clients and assist in addressing their queries. Participate in webinars, workshops, or events to promote company services. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of research findings, operational data, and customer interactions. Prepare periodic reports on project progress and operational performance. What We’re Looking For Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. Strong research and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
