Identify target prospects across defined industries and geographies.
Conduct research on potential clients using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
Initiate outbound calls to prospects to pitch BMS solutions.
Engage in consultative conversations to qualify leads and schedule follow-up meetings.
Write compelling outreach emails to generate interest.
Manage email sequences and track performance using tools like HubSpot, Mailshake, or Outreach.io.
Connect with prospects on LinkedIn and nurture relationships.
Engage in meaningful conversations through messages, comments, and content engagement.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and follow-ups in CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
Track KPIs such as calls made, emails sent, response rate, and appointments booked.
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams.
Provide feedback on market response, objection trends, and competitor intelligence.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative.
Ability to handle rejection and keep going with a positive attitude.
Interest in B2B technology sales or IT services.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, email tools, and CRM is a plus (training will be provided).
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Hands-on experience in outbound B2B sales and prospecting techniques.
