Job Description

Sales & Customer Acquisition:
Engage with parents and new leads to promote BabyMD s services and vaccination packages.
Convert inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins) into confirmed appointments and package sales.
Maintain lead trackers, follow-ups and CRM updates for all new prospects.
Customer Retention & Service:
Ensure an excellent parent experience from first inquiry to ongoing care.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing parents to drive repeat visits.
Collect and act on parent feedback to continuously improve service quality.
Coordinate with the operations and clinical teams for smooth scheduling and follow-ups.
Customer Support:
Manage daily appointment bookings and scheduling between parents and doctors.
Assist with billing, payments and administrative support.
Prepare and share daily/weekly sales and service performance reports.
Bachelor s degree in any field.
1-3 years of experience in sales, business development or inside Sales (healthcare, wellness or education preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, negotiation and follow-up abilities.
Comfortable working from the office.
Energetic, target-oriented and passionate about working with families and children.
