Inside Sales Engineer

As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, your primary focus will be on driving sales, marketing, business development, and maintaining customer relationships to increase the company's presence and market share in the country. You will play a crucial role in tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and analyzing user requirements to offer suitable product solutions and pricing. Your responsibilities will include preparing and delivering customized quotes, proposals, and product recommendations based on customer needs, actively prospecting and qualifying leads for industrial air filtration products, and coordinating with the Supply Chain for timely project execution and order delivery. You will also collaborate with the Sales team on product troubleshooting, customer complaints, and provide updates to the Country manager. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing sales promotion plans, being a team player, observing market changes and competition activities, and sharing insights with the team. Handling inquiries from e-Commerce platforms like IndiaMart will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, and Marketing, along with a degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with strong commercial acumen. Skills in solution selling, developing new markets for Filtration solutions, and conveying complex technical product information will be beneficial. Experience in Vacuum Pumps, Blowers, and Industrial Air Filtration is an added advantage.
