About Us

Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the sales team to manage schedules, client communications, and documentation.
Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and agreements to clients.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports in ERP/CRM systems.
Assist in preparing sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Follow up with potential leads and existing clients for timely responses and updates.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings and route them to the concerned team.
Track sales targets, performance metrics, and ensure timely reporting to management.
Collaborate with internal teams (implementation, support, and accounts) to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, preferably in IT/ERP/software solutions industry.
Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle client interactions professionally.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
