As a Sales Associate at Allerin, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and closing inside sales opportunities with existing customers, focusing on up-selling and proactive account management to increase user contact. - Continuously identifying opportunities for customer development and revenue growth. - Working closely with clients to ensure their full satisfaction in all transactions. In addition, you will be responsible for business creation and growth by: - Identifying new business opportunities through territory campaigns. - Engaging in cold-call prospecting to nurture clients and create new opportunities. - Participating in ad-hoc sales campaigns and programs to generate new prospects, utilizing inbound and outbound calls to pursue sales. Desired Skills and Experience: - You should have a minimum of 3+ years of inside sales experience in a B2B commercial software/Enterprise/SMB market inside sales role. - An MBA or equivalent qualification (Engineering background preferred) is required. - Proven track record in Inside Sales, with skills in sales pipeline progression, forecasting, CRM systems, communication, and presentation. - Experience in selling technology solutions to SMB and large clients in an inside sales environment. - Demonstrated overachievement of revenue goals, strong sales skills, prospecting background, and capacity to comprehend strategic selling issues. - Fluency in English is necessary, with additional Indian or foreign language skills considered a plus.
