Locations-

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide Level 1 (L1) technical support at our Gurugram office.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide end-user support across various platforms and applications.
Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
Install and troubleshoot security tools and software.
Deliver effective remote support to users as needed.
Assist with internal security audits and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Offer basic support for network-related issues.
Diagnose and resolve hardware problems for desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment.
Support and troubleshoot UC, VoIP, and webinar tools.
