Senior IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle

    end-to-end IT recruitment

    across domains like Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Applications.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand

    technical role requirements

    and formulate tailored sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, job portals, Boolean search, referrals, and social media.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates for

    technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment

    .
  • Drive and manage the

    full recruitment lifecycle

    including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a

    pipeline of strong tech talent

    for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Use ATS and recruitment tools to

    track metrics

    and continuously improve hiring effectiveness.
  • Keep up with

    industry trends, new technologies

    , and competitive talent landscape.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and help improve team sourcing and assessment capabilities.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in

    hardcore technical recruitment

  • Expertise in hiring for

    software engineering, full-stack, data science, cloud, DevOps, and emerging tech

    roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills using platforms like

    LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Dice, Monster, GitHub, Stack Overflow

  • Familiarity with

    ATS tools (e.g., Zoho, Lever, Greenhouse)

    .
  • Excellent understanding of tech stacks, software lifecycles, and role-specific requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a

    fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred:

  • Experience in hiring for

    product-based companies or high-growth startups

  • Certifications in
