Information Technology Recruiter

You will be joining ViMoMa Talent Services as an Information Technology Recruiter, a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru. In this position, you will play a key role in the recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting top talent to facilitating the onboarding of new hires. Collaboration with hiring managers is essential to understand their requirements, devise effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive experience for candidates. Your success in this role will be greatly influenced by your exceptional verbal and written communication skills, which will be crucial for engaging with candidates and hiring managers alike. Building strong relationships with candidates is vital for a successful recruitment journey, as is the ability to analyze candidate profiles to evaluate their suitability for the role. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social media platforms, and other recruitment tools is often necessary to streamline the recruitment process effectively. Your qualifications should include experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes, expertise in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting, a solid grasp of industry best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and team members. While not mandatory, previous experience in the technology sector would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field would be an added asset to support you in excelling in this role.
