You will be joining our team as a Technical Recruiter, where your main focus will be on sourcing and hiring top-tier technical talent in the technology sector. Your responsibilities will include managing the full-cycle recruitment process, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and implementing best hiring practices. Your key responsibilities will involve working on IT requirements such as Java Developer, Frontend Developer, Full Stack Developer, .Net Developer, and SAP positions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and engage with top technical talent using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. You will conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates" technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations. Additionally, you will utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to maintain candidate pipelines and ensure an efficient hiring process. Furthermore, you will work closely with HR and hiring teams to enhance employer branding and improve the candidate experience.
