Account Delivery Manager

Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist in our team, you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes understanding the hiring needs, sourcing suitable candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, making final offers, and facilitating client onboarding. Your role will require excellent stakeholder management skills, timely closures, and the establishment of a strong candidate pipeline. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. - Collaborate with business/hiring managers to comprehend requirements effectively. - Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, etc., to source potential candidates. - Schedule and organize interviews, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth interview process. - Handle offer negotiations and ensure timely candidate onboarding. - Maintain and track recruitment MIS/reports for analysis and decision-making. - Provide guidance and support to a team of recruiters at the AM/DM level. Qualification Required: - Graduation or Post-graduation degree (MBA in HR preferred). - For AM/DM roles, 5-8 years of relevant recruitment experience is required.
