Information Technology Recruiter

As a member of Power IT Services, a specialist IT service provider with a dedicated team of over 200 consultants across various industries in the United States, United Kingdom, and Asia Pacific markets, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients with IT consulting, technology, and outsourcing solutions to ensure their competitiveness and profitability. You will be a trusted partner to multinational companies, overseeing end-to-end product life cycles and optimizing business processes. Based in Coimbatore, your responsibilities will include managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing CVs to closing offers, maintaining a comprehensive database of profiles, and taking ownership of the assigned lines of business. You will collaborate with the business to develop effective hiring plans, engage in proactive talent pipelining, and ensure the accuracy of job descriptions and CVs. Maintaining compliance throughout the recruitment process will be a key focus, along with handling additional tasks as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Group (TAG). To qualify for this role, you should possess a degree in any discipline and have a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in IT recruitment within the US, Europe, or Canada. Strong communication skills, an outgoing personality, excellent presentation abilities, and interpersonal skills are essential. Previous exposure to an IT-related environment is preferred. Experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and client interaction is considered a plus.
