Role & Responsibilities As a Product Manager at Chai Point, you will play a key role in shaping our technology-driven solutions. You will work closely with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to build scalable, high-impact products. Key Responsibilities: ● Define and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. ● Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to translate requirements into user-friendly and scalable solutions. ● Drive end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation, development, testing, and launch to continuous improvements. ● Work on IoT-driven vending machine solutions, in-house POS, and SCM systems, ensuring seamless integration and innovation. ● Analyze data and customer insights to drive product improvements and make informed decisions. ● Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, feasibility, and customer feedback. ● Lead A/B testing, pilot launches, and iterative improvements to optimize performance. ● Communicate progress, challenges, and strategies to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. ● Closely work with the engineering team to track progress, identify roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery. Skills & Qualifications ● 2-5 years of experience in product management in a tech-driven company. ● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. ● Experience in working with engineering teams, UX designers, and business stakeholders. ● Understanding of IoT, cloud-based applications, or retail tech solutions is a plus. ● Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and deliver within deadlines. ● Good communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders. ● Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum/Kanban environments. ● Passion for technology-driven solutions and an entrepreneurial mindset. Nice to Have ● Experience in retail, supply chain, IoT, or cloud-based SaaS platforms. ● Knowledge of data analytics, SQL, or A/B testing methodologies. ● Prior experience in B2B or B2C product management.
