IT Product Manager

Exp:- 8 - 10 Yrs.

Education:- Bachelor degree

1. The candidate worked at one company for at least 3-4 years.

2. The candidate should be familiar with a business area like finance or sales. Because when he collects more IT requirements from these business departments. He will be professional in understanding business logic.

3. The candidate should be very clear logic to express IT system logic.

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

I.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

(Accountabilities attached to the role)

• Responsible for all IT requirements and digital solution plan, including request insight, request analysis, and designing digital solutions;
• Connect requests from Marketing, GTM, sales, customer service, manufacturing, procurement, finance, HR, etc, business departments and define request value;
• Connect with the IT team located in China to promote the implementation of IT requests and digital solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, more than 8 years of experience as an IT product manager;

2. Have good logical thinking ability in communication and coordination, have strong stress resistance and learning ability, and be good at solving complex problems

3. Strong English communication ability, good project management ability (such as a PMP certificate) is preferred.

Specialist Qualifications / Certifications

Familiar with the digital system from the consumer industry, especially familiar with the digital solution of the marketing, Sales, and customer service domain.

Specific experience

Good ability at IT architecture design and product planning, and good at solving business or user problems with product thinking;
