About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and goal oriented IT, Executive Candidate to join our team. Position Details: Position Held : IT, Executive Experience : Minimum 3-5 Years Qualification : Bachelors Degree Salary : 22k - 25k Responsibilities IT & Networking Asset Management: Oversee the sourcing, installation, and maintenance of all office IT and networking assets. Ensure proper usage, insurance coverage, and timely renewal of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs). Technical Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for identifying and resolving issues related to IT systems, networking infrastructure, phone lines, and CCTV systems. Website & Email Management: Maintain and monitor the company website and email systems to ensure optimal performance, speed, and security. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website loading, hosting, and cybersecurity. Data Security & Backup: Implement and manage strong data security measures. Ensure the integrity, secure storage, and regular backup of company data. License & Subscription Management: Ensure timely renewal and compliance of all necessary licenses, antivirus software, and hosting/domain services. Communication Systems Oversight: Manage the office email system, WhatsApp application, SIM cards, and Closed User Group (CUG) plans to ensure reliable and secure communication channels. Why Join Us?
