Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Information Technology Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT, working to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements. This role involves analyzing and improving business processes, managing project requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions that support strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct meeting with client to understand business requirements and objectives.
  • Translate business needs into clear, detailed, and actionable technical specifications.
  • Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop process models, document workflows, and create user stories to support project development.
  • Assist in project planning, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with project managers to track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Generate detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to client.
  • Work closely with business units, IT teams, and vendors to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between business and IT to resolve issues, manage expectations, and drive successful project outcomes.
  • Develop test cases, conduct system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues, ensuring solutions meet quality standards and business requirements.
  • Prepare detailed documentation, including process maps, user guides, and training materials.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to users on new systems and technologies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in business analysis, ideally in an IT environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Visio).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
